USA Lacrosse

USA Lacrosse is the national governing body for lacrosse in the United States. Its purpose is to grow the game and serve players, coaches, officials, and programs at all levels by setting rules and standards, providing education and resources, supporting player safety initiatives, and organizing national teams and events. Through membership, training, and development programs, USA Lacrosse works to expand participation, promote sportsmanship, and ensure the sport is played safely and consistently across the country.

To participate in the Three Rivers Girls Lacrosse League (3RGLL), all players and coaches must maintain active memberships with USA Lacrosse. These memberships provide insurance coverage, safety standards, and access to training and resources that support a positive league experience.

Players:

All players must have a valid USA Lacrosse Player Membership that remains active through the end of the season (May 2026). As of July 2025, USA Lacrosse also requires all youth players to be Age Verified in their USA Lacrosse account. Players who are not age verified or whose memberships are expired will not be eligible to participate in practices or games.

How to Complete Age Verification:

1. Log in to your USA Lacrosse account at usalacrosse.com.
2. Select your player’s profile from your family dashboard.
3. Follow the prompts to complete Age Verification.
4. Upload one of the accepted documents (birth certificate, passport, or state ID).
5. Submit for review. Most verifications are processed within a few business days.

We encourage families to complete age verification and confirm membership status well in advance of the season to avoid any delays in participation.

Coaches:

All coaches must hold a current USA Lacrosse Coach Membership and complete, at minimum, the Bronze Level Coaching Certification to participate in 3RGLL activities. This ensures consistent coaching standards, player safety, and a positive developmental environment across the league.
